- 1 1/3 lbs. ground beef
- 2/3 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned croutons
- 1 clove minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice
Mix beef and pork well in large bowl.
Beat eggs until scrambled, crush croutons until fine, and add to beef and pork.
Mix in all other ingedients well.
Make into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Bake at 400 degrees in glass baking dish 12 to 15 minutes.
Put in crock pot with 2 cups of your favorite gravy on low for 2 to 4 hours.
Also good right out of the oven with sweet and sour sauce.
