Hidden Valley Ranch Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2-3 green onions,including tops, minced finely
  • 4 (12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cups finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups finely diced green pepper
  • 1/2 cups finely diced celelry
  • 1 can diced black olives (drain well)
  • 1/2 cups finely chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix first 3 ingredients.

Spread on tortillas.

Sprinkle on remaining ingredients.

Roll and wrap tightly.

Chill 2 hours.

Cut into 3/4 to 1 inch slices.

VARIATION:

1 c. finely diced ham 1 c. finely diced fake or real crab legs 1 c. finely diced shrimp 1 c. patrami, corned beef 1 c. finely diced hot pepper cheese
