- 3 lb. chicken wings
- 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Remove wing tips, place chicken in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Stir together rest of ingredients.
Pour over wings and marinate at least 2 hours (over-night is better).
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10-12.
You can also use this as a marinate for legs or thighs.
