Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 1/2 tsp.vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • GLAZE:
  • 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

Beat eggs; add oil and sugar and blend well.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

Add alternately with milk to egg mixture.

Stir in flavorings and beat 1 minute.

Pour into 4 medium sized greased pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.

Remove from pans and combine glaze ingredients and spoon glaze on top.
