Lemon Bread Recipe

Yield: 12 slices


  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water


Beat well.

Makes two small loaf pans.

Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
