Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 ripe bananas, mashes
- ICING: 1 c. powdered sugar , 1 tbsp butter, Ring of one orange, Enough lemon juice to spread easily.
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs and beat until light.
Add sour cream, salt, baking powder, flour and vanilla.
Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cool and frost with lemon icing.
