- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. quick cooking oats
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 3/4 c. blueberries
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt: stir in oats.
Add oil, eggs, bananas and blueberries and stir just until all ingredients are mixed and moist.
Turn batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes.
