Pistachio Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg pistachip pudding, regular not instant
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 can Mountain Dew
  • 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. chopped nutes (optional)
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 lg. container Cool Whip
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 pkg pistachio pudding mix

Instructions

Mix together for 3 minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING: Dissolve pudding in milk, add Cool Whip, spread on cool cake.

Sprinkle with nuts.
