Pistachio Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
 - 1 pkg pistachip pudding, regular not instant
 - 1/4 c. oil
 - 1 can Mountain Dew
 - 2 eggs or 3 egg whites
 - 1 c. chopped nutes (optional)
 - FROSTING:
 - 1 lg. container Cool Whip
 - 1 1/4 c. milk
 - 1 pkg pistachio pudding mix
 
Instructions
Mix together for 3 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
FROSTING: Dissolve pudding in milk, add Cool Whip, spread on cool cake.
Sprinkle with nuts.
